My dream job started in 1984, when Dr. Rutman offered me a kennel position here at Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital. Now my primary position is office manager. However, I have worn many hats over the years and I can be found in just about any area of the clinic that needs my help. I have seen many changes in Veterinary Medicine with continued advancements being made that will help improve veterinary care for our devoted pets. Every dog and cat that has shared my home with me has provided a lesson whether it is medically or in the field of animal behavior. Subsequently I continue to grow and learn in these evolving fields. I currently share my home with a dutiful girl Boxer I fondly call Jesse pictured above. This has been the best job, I cannot really call it a job, working alongside my dedicated co-workers and friends here at Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital. Thank you for stopping by our website and I am certain that everyone here will treat your loving pet as if it were their own.

I graduated cum laude from Columbus State Community College in 2008 with a degree in veterinary technology. I am currently attending Oregon State University pursuing my bachelor’s degree in zoology. My dream job is to break into exotic zoo medicine, but until then I enjoy helping and caring for our furry four-footed companions. Since 2006 I have worked in veterinary medicine in the local area, as well as in Columbus. I currently have 3 cats Jojo, Merrick and Amelia and one “chiweenie” dog Kobe. I enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling when the weather is nice. I am also a proud movie/tv geek and enjoy going to Comic Con’s Fan events for a chance to meet the stars!

I have been at Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital since 1999. I am an exam room technician and you may also find me doing “Cookie Visits” with our patients that need some extra care. I have 4 children and I am also a grandmother. In my free time, I love to read and work on projects around my house. I obtained my Fear Free Certification in 2022.

I’ve been grooming at Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital since 1994. My dachshund, Towanda, travels with me to work and on many adventures. I love to travel and stay active with my two adult children. I have a special interest in grooming geriatric and anxious pets and in 2022, I earned my Fear Free Grooming Certification.

I started working in the veterinary field in 2000. In 2002 I graduated from Cuyahoga Community College Veterinary Technician program. I love all aspects of Veterinary Medicine but I especially like to connect with patients and their families.

In my time away from work I enjoy spending time outside with my husband and my son and all of our family. We have 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 horses that keep us very busy. I also enjoy riding horses and any outside sporting events.

Hello! I’ve been a part of this wonderful team for only half a year and I never want to leave! Not only is the team here amazing, but the clients make it all that much better. I have been a vet tech assistant for several years now. I have a bachelor’s degree in integrative healthcare but decided to follow my heart and focus on helping animals. I have 2 wonderful kitty cats, Brudder and Booty, and 3 dogs, Bear Lewis, Mya, and Phoebe. I spend all my spare time with them and my family and I love to be outdoors.

Hello! My name is Priscilla, and I am a veterinary assistant. I started my career in Veterinary Medicine in Tennessee, where I spent almost ten years in a mixed animal practice. When not at the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my children, my four dogs, and riding and showing Arabian horses in Halter, Hunter, and Western. At the clinic, you may find me assisting in exam rooms, at the front desk, and helping with Cookie Visits for our anxious patients. In 2022 I obtained my Fear Free Level Three Certification.
